Joseph's birthday!

OK, so these are from weeks ago, but I finally downloaded them so now I'm sharing them with you. Joseph had his birthday party at the Little Gym, so the boys had tons of fun playing with all of the equipment. Noah had a blast, but had a really difficult time when Joe opened his presents. He just didn't understand why they weren't for him! And you know how he is about sharing! I have no clue what we were thinking, but we didn't set the camera to action shots, so most of the pics came out blurry. Here are a handful of the best ones. Check out Wyatt on those bars! A gymnast in the making, I think! ;) You can see how tuckered/stressed Noah was by the end of the party in that last picture. He looks so depressed about the toys it makes me laugh!

Bath baby!

We've been trying to take some more random shots lately, so here are a few of Wyatt with Daddy after his bath last week. He's almost too big for his hooded baby towels! How sad! :( He has really started to enjoy the tub - he makes Noah crazy with his splashing and the next thing you know all of us are wet!

IKEA

You know I love IKEA. But sometimes in my head you can find things for way cheaper than you can in reality. But tell me how many times you've been at IKEA and you're going, there's now way that can only be $10. But it is. And then there are other times you think, I bet we can find one for 50 bucks at IKEA only to sadly be disappointed that its 250 bucks. Unfortunately it was the latter kind of day. But the boys had fun playing at we got some cute pictures!

We were looking back at Noah's baby pictures and I realized I have to start taking more! Lately I've only been taking them for events, but I just love those ones where you just happen to have your camera in your bag and you can catch some of the fun. Wy had his 9 month checkup this week and he was doing great. Can you believe he's only 1 pound heavier than Noah was at 9 months? He was 21 lbs 9 oz. Craziness! I don't remember how long he was - although he kind of stopped growing so much. He only gained 1 pound in 3 months! He was around the 40th percentile for length and 75th for weight! What a chunk!

Crawling! (finally!)

So, at the ripe old age of 9 months, Wyatt Cade finally decided to crawl today!! I am so excited! He has just been getting to that fussy stage cause he can't move around, so I'm relieved! Although, I'm having to say its gonna be a while before he's off and running. He's goes just a couple feet and then stops. And let me tell you, he has to think about every single move he makes. It's so cute! When Noah crawled, he just got up on all fours and then took off, so this is new territory for us.

Anyways, he was just so cute. He was trying to crawl to a measuring tape I was using to measure the living room with. He REALLY wanted to touch it. So I had to recreate the moment a few hours later when Noah went to bed. So these aren't the actual event, but these really are like only the 4th time he crawled! Isn't he too cute?

The Woodlands

So I'm finally getting around to posting our pictures from The Woodlands. We drove out there and took Noah to the children's museum and to ride the carousel. He had TONS of fun, and even asked us to take him back there this week. I think his favorite part was the little house that the kids could run around in. Crazy, huh? They even had a train table, and that isn't the part he asks to go back too. They had this really neat area where the kids could dig in "gravel" (I think it was little pieces of tires!) that Noah really enjoyed. The Natural Science Museum has a branch out there in the mall, so I think we will visit that next time we go!

Slimer!

So my little Wy is a slimer. And its TERRIBLE!!! He loves to just open his mouth as big as he can, and then suck/lick your face. Its pretty disgusting. But he LOVES it. So we finally got some pics of his ritual. Crazy boy!!! Ohhhh, the things you do for your kids!

My cute babies

So I just cannot resist dressing this boys the same. Its just so darn cute!! I will say, though, that Noah just loves it as well. And of course I always have to get a picture of it. Noah wanted to get in the crib to play with Wyatt and they were completely hamming it up. Then Noah needed his camera to take pictures too.

Wyatt's favorite person in the whole world is his big brother - you should hear how they make each other laugh. Noah told us yesterday that "Mynatt is my best friend brother." How sweet is that? And yes, he really does call Wyatt, Mynatt.

Dancing machine!

First, let me say I haven't posted any after Christmas pics cause I can't find my camera. I could have sworn it was in my diaper bag, but I can't seem to dig it up. I will have to wait until the "master finder" (as he likes to be called) is home to download the pics. This Christmas video will have to do till then!

Christmas at Granny's

SO I think these are the last of my Christmas pictures! We went over to Granny's for Christmas dinner, and the boys had a great time. Noah is obsessed with jumping in all the pillows on Granny's bed, so of course that took up much of the evening. It was funny cause he wanted Great Granny to jump on the bed with him! Silly boy!

Noah got a train table, so poor JOsh spent the entire night putting it together. You can see how Noah helped out - you know, tearing the styrofoam into teeny tiny pieces and then running around in it so it swirled up in the air and then screaming, "snow, snow, snow!!!!!!" I'm pretty sure Granny is still cleaning that mess up!

Christmas Morning

OH my goodness I just could not decide which pictures to post cause I just love them all. We had such a great Christmas and both the boys had a blast. It was a perfect age for both of them - Noah loved ALL the toys and Wyatt didn't care if Noah wanted to play with his. Noah was obsessed with the tent they got, loved his spiky ball, and really likes his trumpet. I love the picture of him standing at the table playing with his trains, eating his cinnamon roll, and watching the new Thomas video he got. What a happy boy!

We're also really thrilled cause Wyatt loves his toys, especially the crib music box thingy with the fish in it. YOu know what I"m talking about, right? He's been playing it every morning when he gets up!

Noah also decided that he should run around in the Santa hat, which he refused to do while I was trying to get some cute pictures for the Christmas card. Of course, right???

A few pictures....

As you can only imagine I must have taken a billion pictures over Christmas, so here are just a few to get you started!

These are the pics from my parents house on Christmas Eve. Noah J kinda had a hard time - once again there was a giant misunderstanding! He really thought that since he told Santa he wanted trains that every single box he opened would be a train. You can just imagine his disappointment when the first 3 boxes he opened were other stuff. Stuff that he now loves, but was just completely stressed about at the time. Once he got a train he was completely happy to open the rest of the presents - it was just too funny - we snapped a pic right at the moment he opened the first present - just check out that face!

There he is also playing with his favorite Christmas decoration in the world - the tacky train in snow village thing that his Papa bought for him!!!! You know we got ot Target like 4 times a week, and every single time we spend at least 15 minutes in front of this train - just watching it go in and out of the tunnel. Well, it was $60!!!! Can you even believe that? Well it went on sale and his Papa snatched it right up and oh how the boys love it.

Wyatt took to opened presents like a duck to water! He immediately grabbed the closet present to him and started opening it! He was so sweet - he sat and played with his toys the entire time till we went home. He got fussy right at the end, but he was up so late it was to be expected. We had a great time and we all loved our gifts! Thanks G&G!

I love the pic of Joseph and Wyatt with my dad - isn't it too funny? You can see none of the boys wanted to take pictures - Noah didn't even make it to the couch, Joseph is taking his hat off, and Wyatt is screaming!
