What was Momma thinking?

Why would I ever make the baby beets??? The recipe sounded great - beets, carrots, apples and brown rice. Yummy! What a mess! I have red stains on my formica counters, the sink, the high chair, Noah's clothes, my clothes, and the list just goes on and on. So tonight I decided to mix some yogurt in with it for dinner to lighten it up - so instead of red we had this lovely fuschia color. You can see Noah thought it was lots of fun....
